Our basement had 28 inches of water and 38 years worth of stuff. They were able to empty the basement, filling almost 4 trucks, in five hours of nonstop work. It was awful down there. That’s where the litter boxes were and these guys handled it like pros. Best price that you could hope for. Would recommend to friends and family.

I'm so happy this project is done! We've been meaning to hire someone for ages and I kept seeing the Fire Dawgs signs around town and thought we would give them a shot.Fire Dawgs was great with their communication regarding a time window and then when they were on their way. Payment was easy and convenient.There was a bunch of junk in our shed from previous owners that we wanted to get rid of so we could actually use it for our own storage. In addition to clearing all that out, they hauled a sagging couch and an old mattress/box spring out of our house for us.It looks great and there's still plenty of space for other things we plan on storing in our shed now that it's full of just our belongings. This company was great to have unwanted junk picked up. They came out when you wanted them to. I just put sticky notes on items I wanted gone and they came out and to get an estimate for cost. I didn't even have to be at home. I gave tjem.permission to enter garage. They came, did what they had to do and left. I would call them again.

This was our third time using Fire Dawgs and once again, they were awesome! We had a couch, loveseat, glass and metal coffee table, and two portable A/C units that we wanted to get rid of, and the guys from Fire Dawgs made quick work of the removal. All of these items were located in our loft, and they managed to get everything down the stairs without any damage to the walls--thank you! I called on a Wednesday to schedule the pick up and they confirmed my appointment via text and e-mail for that Friday. They called me on Thursday to re-confirm the pick up date and time, and on Friday, they called and texted me to let me know they were on their way. The proposed pick-up timeframe was 3:30 to 5:30pm, and they were at my house right around 3:30pm. They reviewed the quote they had given me on Wednesday--no changes--and they got right to work. The work was completed in about 15 minutes! Super efficient! Not to mention friendly and professional. This service was so helpful to us because I knew my husband and I couldn't have gotten the couch and loveseat down those stairs by ourselves, and we didn't want to rent one of those large dumpsters just for these items and have it sitting in our driveway for a week. In a matter of about 15 minutes, unwanted items were removed and we now have more room in our loft! This business is Amazing! Needed someone to pick up & dispose of a few remaining items after a move. I called on a Sunday morning & was offered an afternoon pick up that same day. When the 2 men arrived they completed the job in short order. They were incredibly professional and friendly. They explained that items would be donated when possible and/or recycled. The remaining items would be disposed of properly. I had 2 televisions to get rid of and another company had quoted $40 per TV because local waste management charged to dispose of televisions. Fire Dawgs charged me $20 per television saying they only charged what it cost them! Their overall price for the service call was also less than their competitors. I will most definitely use and recommend Fire Dawgs in the future! I appreciated the prompt response, the environmental and social responsibility, professionalism and the fairness in pricing. They come in cheerful, give us a nonprofit discount, haul out our demolition mess, reduce the price more when they think there's still a little room left in the truck and then cart it all away. Fire Dawgs rescued us from the idea that we could remove a decrepit old piano by ourselves. They did it in the most pleasant way possible: my contact with them through their website was answered in 10 minutes or less, and they came that same afternoon and hauled everything away efficiently, with good humor, neatly, quickly, and at an entirely reasonable price. We could tell that the crew that came were well-trained and knew what they were doing. The highest marks for Fire Dawgs is for their wonderful customer service. My daughter and son-in-law's apartment was completely flooded due to a frozen sprinkler system drenching their belongings. Robby and Isaiah came thru to help transport a customer bar I purchased. This bar was quite heavy. They cautiously loaded the item onto my truck and even helped ratchet strap the piece as well for the transport. They were friendly and super helpful. The only hiccup was they arrived at the pick-up location and unfortunately they didn't have my number to let me know they were on the way. Luckily I live about 5 mins away from that point, but honestly, the fact they did the job so quickly and efficiently that hiccup came and passed. Great group of guys that showed up & took care of removing the junk I had. Took 2 1/3 trucks to get it done but it did get done. My only suggestion would be to to provide each truck with two wheeled magnets to find all the roofing nails where tear down involving a shed with asphalt shingles occurs. I spent 30 minutes going over the area where the shed roof was taken apart to load on the truck & found lots of roofing nails as well as screws from the shed’s remodel. We were very pleased with the service we received. Upon arrival they did a walk through with us and gave us an on-the-spot estimate which was both fair and reasonable. Both Carlos and Robby were courteous and professional and very personable. We just pointed to items and they picked them up and loaded them onto the truck with a smile! We had a lot of leftover wood scraps, metal shelving, carpet remnants, insulation, an old cement fountain, birdbaths and more that were left at our home by the previous owners. What a great experience for a dirty job. I love this business model . I saw their ad in our local mailer. I clicked on their website and requested a quote. They called me early the next morning. Asked me what I had to haul off and asked me to send pictures. They gave me an estimate while on the phone. We scheduled an appointment for 3 days out. I received a confirmation email and text update with my appointment date and time. They called when they were 22 minutes away and they arrived in 20 minutes.
They introduced themselves with a friendly smile and respectful eye contact.
I know that last line sounds weird but it’s great to see people that are professional, friendly and care about the customer experience as well as the company that they represent.They assessed the pile of junk and confirmed the estimated price that I was quoted. It took them 30 minutes to fill up a dump truck bed . Part of my junk was a small lawn tractor. The 2 young fellas Mr Olen and Mr Vaquedano lifted it quickly and safely into the truck. These guys and gals were the hardest working crews I have ever seen in my life! They were professional, thorough, courteous, and extremely dedicated in the job they were doing! They kept me informed every step of the way over the multi day clean out of my sibling’s home.
When I needed to return home, out of state, Big John Byers even FaceTimed me across the country to show me the progress they were making!
I cannot recommend this company enough! What a tough job they took on and they accomplished the goals set!
I met several of the gals and guys over the days of clean out and I was just impressed beyond belief at the job they all did!
Let’s face it, this is tough work in the heat and humidity! There were no complaints, just hard work and teamwork!

The team arrived as scheduled and removed two large, heavy cabinets from my garage as well as a number of miscellaneous items. They were efficient, friendly, and made it look easy. The price was more than fair and I appreciated the educator discount. Fire Dawgs came highly recommended to me by a friend who had them remove a “difficult” hot tub and I would highly recommend them as well. Scheduling was easy and communication leading up to the day of service was excellent!

I had Fire Dawgs come out on 6/25/21 to take away a whole lot of trash that had accumulated in my house. They came out as scheduled and called ahead to let me know they were on their way.

They were professional, courteous and polite and took away everything I requested. What they did in an hour would have taken me weeks! I would definitely hire them again and I highly recommend them.

They showed up on time removed a very heavy two piece desk and a very large projection TV from our basement within 30 minutes. There is no way we could have done this. Rob and Alex from Fire Dawgs are absolutely great employees. They literally just left and I couldn't be happier with the results of their work.
They were done in just over 2 hrs and it was in my estimate a full load and they had to deal with Treezilla!
From beginning to end the service was professional. I was able to get a quoted price through messenger which was very easy and quick with the pics and measurements I gave them.
I would have absolutely ? no issue with using them again or recommending their service to another person. What they complete in a couple of hours would have taken me days plus my time and my own dumpster rental that would have sat in my yard!
If I could give them 6 stars I would.
