Our basement had 28 inches of water and 38 years worth of stuff. They were able to empty the basement, filling almost 4 trucks, in five hours of nonstop work. It was awful down there. This was our third time using Fire Dawgs and once again, they were awesome! We had a couch, loveseat, glass and metal coffee table, and two portable A/C units that we wanted to get rid of, and the guys from Fire Dawgs made quick work of the removal. All of these items were located in our loft, and they managed to get everything down the stairs without any damage to the walls--thank you! I called on a Wednesday to schedule the pick up and they confirmed my appointment via text and e-mail for that Friday. They called me on Thursday to re-confirm the pick up date and time, and on Friday, they called and texted me to let me know they were on their way. The proposed pick-up timeframe was 3:30 to 5:30pm, and they were at my house right around 3:30pm. They reviewed the quote they had given me on Wednesday--no changes--and they got right to work. The work was completed in about 15 minutes! Super efficient! Not to mention friendly and professional. This service was so helpful to us because I knew my husband and I couldn't have gotten the couch and loveseat down those stairs by ourselves, and we didn't want to rent one of those large dumpsters just for these items and have it sitting in our driveway for a week. In a matter of about 15 minutes, unwanted items were removed and we now have more room in our loft! This business is Amazing! Needed someone to pick up & dispose of a few remaining items after a move. I called on a Sunday morning & was offered an afternoon pick up that same day. When the 2 men arrived they completed the job in short order. They were incredibly professional and friendly. They explained that items would be donated when possible and/or recycled. The remaining items would be disposed of properly. I had 2 televisions to get rid of and another company had quoted $40 per TV because local waste management charged to dispose of televisions. Fire Dawgs charged me $20 per television saying they only charged what it cost them! Their overall price for the service call was also less than their competitors. I will most definitely use and recommend Fire Dawgs in the future! I appreciated the prompt response, the environmental and social responsibility, professionalism and the fairness in pricing. We had a very old, extremely heavy 100 gallon water heater in our basement. It took the guys a few tries to figure out how they were going to get it out but after a couple attempts and 2 more guys they got it done! I discovered my basement deep freezer had somehow (kids) been unplugged some time ago, and the contents were DISGUSTING! I called Fire Dawgs, and they were able to come in less than 24 hrs! This is my second time using Fire Dawgs. I am a repeat customer because, simply put, they are the best. I had a large amount of construction/demolition debris to remove from my basement and garage. Not only did they remove all of the large items, they even swept up and bagged the dust! Today was the second time I have used the service of Fire Dawgs. I will be using them again for sure. Your customer service is excellent they called to confirm everything was still OK for them to come today two young men arrived promptly at 9:30, reviewed everything I wanted done in by 10:15 they had completed and were moving onto the next job. I had some furniture that was donated a boat and they were going to take it to Goodwill the items that could be recycled, they also do that. Two of our shed was damaged during a storm, both needed to be removed and demolished. I spoke to one of the representative Jacqueline who is kind and have an awesome customer service. Jon and Gabe were super hard workers. They carried furniture downstairs and made that look easy. There was no request that was too much for them. They worked hard on a very hot and humid day. My entire experience with this company was great. They got back to me with an estimate very quickly. They gave a 2 hour window for when they were going to show up to do the job and got to my house towards the beginning of that window. All three guys - Donovan, Devin, and Benson - were great! I have tried to schedule junk removal with another company in fort wayne and the other company just didn't call back. The Fire Dawgs called the day I put in the request. I have used junk removers in the past in Kentucky. The price was within $10 (less) what I expected it to cost. So, the price was definitely resonable. I would absolutely recommend trying them first before any other junk removal service. I did love the fact that they seek to donate items to charity if they can.

Marcus and Donavan called and showed up early which was great for me and we very diligent in removing an old refrigerator that I am still not sure how it made it into my 1940’s era house with its odd small interior doorways. Robby and Isaiah came thru to help transport a customer bar I purchased. This bar was quite heavy. They cautiously loaded the item onto my truck and even helped ratchet strap the piece as well for the transport. They were friendly and super helpful. The only hiccup was they arrived at the pick-up location and unfortunately they didn't have my number to let me know they were on the way. Luckily I live about 5 mins away from that point, but honestly, the fact they did the job so quickly and efficiently that hiccup came and passed. Great group of guys that showed up & took care of removing the junk I had. Took 2 1/3 trucks to get it done but it did get done. My only suggestion would be to to provide each truck with two wheeled magnets to find all the roofing nails where tear down involving a shed with asphalt shingles occurs. I spent 30 minutes going over the area where the shed roof was taken apart to load on the truck & found lots of roofing nails as well as screws from the shed’s remodel. But yeah, I would, and have, highly recommended you to my friends…

We were very pleased with the service we received. Upon arrival they did a walk through with us and gave us an on-the-spot estimate which was both fair and reasonable. Both Carlos and Robby were courteous and professional and very personable. We just pointed to items and they picked them up and loaded them onto the truck with a smile! We had a lot of leftover wood scraps, metal shelving, carpet remnants, insulation, an old cement fountain, birdbaths and more that were left at our home by the previous owners. If you need junk removal, don't even bother looking anywhere else. Fire Dawgs blew me away with their level of service! They were on time, had great attitudes, and were very professional and kind. I was overwhelmed with the amount of stuff that had to go and they had it out of my house and shed in what seemed like a matter a minutes. What a great experience for a dirty job. I love this business model . I saw their ad in our local mailer. I clicked on their website and requested a quote. They called me early the next morning. Asked me what I had to haul off and asked me to send pictures. They gave me an estimate while on the phone. We scheduled an appointment for 3 days out. I had half a truck load taken away today. The price was very reasonable, less than the cost of a dumpster. They were up front with their fees, no surprises. There was no obligation if they got there and they thought the truck would fill more than the estimate, I could say no without any “trip charges.” I was able to make an appointment within two days. The team arrived as scheduled and removed two large, heavy cabinets from my garage as well as a number of miscellaneous items. They were efficient, friendly, and made it look easy. The price was more than fair and I appreciated the educator discount. Fire Dawgs came highly recommended to me by a friend who had them remove a “difficult” hot tub and I would highly recommend them as well. I had Fire Dawgs come out on 6/25/21 to take away a whole lot of trash that had accumulated in my house. They came out as scheduled and called ahead to let me know they were on their way.
